Privacy policy
In short: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, keep it briefly and sell it to no one.
Who processes the data
Data sent through the forms on this site is processed by Brandbuilding studio. The phone number and email for contact are on the Contacts page.
What we collect
Only what you enter yourself in the enquiry or job application form:
- your name;
- a phone number and / or an email address;
- the message text — whatever you wrote yourself;
- the address of the page the form was sent from, and campaign tags if you arrived through an ad.
A browser string and an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address are stored alongside the enquiry. The address itself is not stored: the fingerprint only guards against bots.
Why we need it
To get back to you and answer your enquiry — and, for a job application, to consider the candidate.
We do not use this data for marketing mailouts and do not build a profile on it.
On what grounds
On the grounds of your consent. It is given by submitting the form and can be withdrawn at any time — see “Your rights”.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in the site database for 180 days and are then deleted automatically.
Separately, a notification about a new enquiry arrives in the studio’s working Telegram chat. Automatic deletion does not touch that copy — it is removed by hand. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it too.
Who the data is shared with
We do not sell contacts and do not pass them to third parties for advertising.
The data passes through the technical providers the site cannot run without: Cloudflare hosting, the Neon database (servers in the European Union) and Telegram, for the new-enquiry notification.
Yandex, Google and Meta receive page-view information as the owners of the counters described in the next section. The contents of your enquiry are not passed to them: the form goes to our own server and nowhere else.
Cookies and analytics
The site runs the Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics visitor counters. Google Tag Manager is also connected — the manager itself collects nothing, it is used to load counters.
The counters set their own cookies and collect anonymised information about the visit: which pages you opened and how long you spent on them, which site or advertisement you arrived from, your device type, browser and language, an approximate city derived from the IP address, plus clicks and scrolling. This is traffic statistics — it is not linked to the name, phone number and email you type into the form.
Session recording — the Metrica “webvisor” — is switched on. It records how you use the page: cursor movement, scrolling, clicks and what was on the screen. The recordings help us find the parts of the site that are hard to use. What you type into the form fields (name, phone, message) is not recorded — the recording shows asterisks instead.
This information is processed by Yandex and Google on their own servers, that is outside Uzbekistan and under their own rules. You can opt out: block cookies in your browser settings, use the Yandex.Metrica opt-out page (yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html) or Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
The site also runs the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), an advertising counter: it passes visit information to Meta to set up and measure advertising. Other advertising counters may be connected through the tag manager and receive the same anonymised information.
The Contacts page embeds a Yandex map. It loads from Yandex servers and may set Yandex’s own cookies — just as opening Yandex Maps itself would.
Separately from analytics, a service cookie is set when signing in to the admin panel, and it exists for the sign-in itself.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, correct it or ask for its deletion. Write to us — the contacts are on the Contacts page.
We reply and delete data within a reasonable time, usually a few working days.
Changes
We may update this page. The version in force is the one you are reading now.
