Founder, strategy
Builds the brand platform before the studio touches design.
Brandbuilding is a creative agency from Tashkent. Since 2018 we have been making identity, packaging, video and media for companies that are not content with merely being noticed. Strategy, design and production are not handed to contractors here — they sit one floor apart.
We are a forty-person creative agency: identity, video and media. Since 2018 we have launched challenger brands and rebuilt market leaders — packaging that leaves the shelf, and campaigns that outlive their flight.
Strategy, design, production and media buying sit in one building. Nobody has to be briefed from scratch, and nothing is lost in the handover between contractors. That is why a launch that usually takes half a year takes us eleven weeks.
In that time banks, retail, services and manufacturers have come through the studio — from a local coffee roastery to a national network of charging stations. The work is collected under Cases: you can see not just the result, but what it was built from.
No “project managers who will check with the designer”. The people in the meeting are the people doing the work.

Makes sure the brand looks the same on the shelf, in a film and in an app.

Production producer
Keeps shoots and print on schedule — from the estimate to the delivered run.
They did not come from a corporate handbook but from practice: each one closes a mistake we made once.
One sentence about the project is enough. We reply within a working day — with scope, timeline and a number, no mandatory intro call.
